Extraction of 3D data & dimensional drawings

Together with our partner company Plan Software (Saarbrücken), we launched a configurator project for Dunkermotoren in 2019.

The basis is the easyKAT configurator and the store system from Plan Software. KiM takes over the modeling and thus supplies the 3D data.

The GR (DC Brushtype) and BG (DC Brushless) motor series are included in the 3D configurator. It is also possible to extend the motors with gearboxes and attach brakes and encoders, for example.

After filtering and then selecting a motor, the CADClick® CADBox can be opened in the product details. easyKAT transfers numerous parameters to our CADClick® technology at this moment. The parameters are processed in the logic of the CADClick® model and the corresponding motor/gearbox/attachment combination is displayed.

As usual with our solutions, the product data of the component configuration can be downloaded in a variety of file formats. These include 2D and 3D CAD data, preview images, dimensional drawings and 3D PDF data.
